The L&F 2802 is the most common of the 7 lever post office style safe locks. It is also a favourite with gun cabinet makers. 

This tool opens the locks in seconds. The high and low levers are identified with the supplied reader key or they can be scoped. An opening key is assembled. You then simply rock the lock open!
