ICS2 & EORI Numbers

  • From 1st March 2023 under the new ICS2 regulations, customers will need to provide their EORI Number for all orders shipped to the EU, Norway, Switzerland and Northern Ireland. This applies to both businesses and private individuals, whether or not you are VAT registered.
  • You can obtain an EORI number from the government website in your own country. Customers in Northern Ireland can obtain a special XI EORI number using this link.
  • Please ensure that you have a valid EORI number. You can check this using the EORI number validation checker.
  • When you receive your EORI number you should register it on our website in a new box that has been added to your shipping address details. You can access all of your saved addresses on your customer account page. If you use more than one shipping address you should enter the EORI number separately for each shipping address.
  • Whenever you place an order, your EORI number will be automatically sent to the shipping carrier as part of the electronic waybill, so that your goods will move smoothly through customs.
  • Failure to provide an EORI number will result in delays to your delivery or possibly the goods being returned to us undelivered.
  • We recommend that you plan early for ICS2 and apply now for your EORI number and register it on our website.
