  • We ship worldwide.
  • We have standard shipping rates to most countries.
  • Delivery charges are based on weight, destination and speed of delivery. The available options for our standard shipping destinations are shown at time of checkout. Wherever possible we offer our customers a choice of shipping method and delivery charges.
  • The delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Insurance is automatically charged on all orders over £500 shipped outside of the UK.
  • Import duties, taxes and any other local charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If we do not have standard shipping rates to your country, or if your order is particularly heavy, a message will be displayed at checkout. You should then complete your checkout to reserve your basket items. A member of our customer support team will then contact you by email with shipping charges. If you then wish to proceed you will need to call to make your payment by telephone.
  • Please note that Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service is not available to all countries. If this service is not avaiable to your country, we will use Royal Mail Tracked service, and if this is not available we will use Royal Mail Signed service.
  • Our customer support team are available Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm (UK Time).
  • Orders for Next Working Day or Saturday delivery must be received before 1:00pm.
  • Customers can avoid delivery charges by collecting orders from our warehouse in Handcross, West Sussex (near Crawley). This must be by prior arrangement. Once agreed, your on-line account will be updated so that the "Collection by Customer (£0.00)" shipping option is displayed at checkout. Please contact our customer support team if you would like this to be arranged.
